Steamboat

Home to more Winter Olympians than any other resort in North America, Steamboat is a fantastic resort for skiers of all levels. With the infamous 'champagne powder' snow and wild west atmosphere, no wonder it is known as “Ski Town USA!”.

Intermediate skiers have a lot of miles to cover across the four mountains. With easy, sunny slopes to really boost your confidence, you can simply cruise from dawn to dusk on runs such as Buddy's Run, High Noon and Heavenly Daze.

Advanced -

Advanced skiers will enjoy black runs like Tornado, Twister and Hurricane. Steamboat is recognised as having the best tree-skiing in Colorado, with runs like Shadows and Twilight bringing you down through soft, deep powder in snow-clad pine and aspen groves.

Head for the Pony Express chair for some of the best freeriding while those wanting a jump check out Mavericks boardpark at Big Meadow and the pipe at Bashor. There is even a kids boardpark in the Spike area.
