Winter Park Ski Resort
Straddling the Continental Divide, high in the Colorado Rockies, Winter Park has provided Americans with an amazing ski area of three big mountains plus an inviting bowl. Being the closest major ski area to Denver, Winter Park is an affordable, convenient resort with the laid back atmosphere of genuine Colorado.
Beginners




Apart from a variety of beginner runs Winter Park has its own dedicated beginner area called Discovery Park, with gentle runs, adventure trails and first timers race course.
Intermediates





Head for Vasquez Ridge and Winter Park and enjoy! Wide open perfectly groomed cruising runs such as Jabberwocky and Sundance abound. Winter Park’s ace in the pack is Parsenn Bowl where 99% of the bowl terrain is designed for intermediates.
Advanced





Experts will revel in the delights of Mary Jane, where you can test your skills on moguls and steeps galore and hone your powder skills at Parsenn Bowl. Another 435 acres of exciting and challenging terrain awaits at Vasquez Cirque.
Snowboarding




There are loads of trees to snake through and try Parsenn Bowl for some powder turns. The new Rail Yard Terrain Park at 3650ft long and 15 acres, runs the length of one of the longest runs. There are rails, hits and jumps ideal for first timers, for the more experienced a roller coaster of lifts and dips and the new Vertigo Halfpipe.
