Val Cenis Ski Resort

Val Cenis is a charming ski resort comprised of two traditional unspoilt villages, Lansleboug and Lanslevillard. They both offer excellent value for money and a good range of skiing for all levels, on the uncrowded pistes. The atmosphere in the villages is warm and friendly and the nightlife is low key. There is also a good range of activities for skiers and non-skiers to enjoy.

Snowboarding

Val Cenis has a good snow record with many north-facing slopes. There are nursery slopes beside each village and plenty of confidence building runs. Intermediates will enjoy the more difficult blues and interesting reds above and below the tree-line including many pretty tree-lined runs. Bonneval and Termigon are also well worth exploring. Advanced skiers should try the 1400m vertical drop of the Michel Jacot run and the area also offers some superb off-piste skiing. Snowboarders can check out the snow-parks with jumps and bordercross track and the natural half-pipe.
