This is a very inadequate email to say thank you very very much for all your hard work in organising our honeymoon to Heavenly ski resort in California. Ralph and i had the most brilliant time and it was very much thanks to you for suggesting Heavenly as our honeymoon ski resort. From the moment you answered our first phone call early last year, you have been exceptionally helpful and from the very first stages of planning we felt truly excited about our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for you.

Everything to do with our holiday was perfect. Forest Suites upgraded us to the honeymoon suite (which meant our own jacuzzi!) and I know that was down to you putting in a lot of good words for us! The resort was perfect - totally breathtaking scenery, fun and such friendly people. Your restaurant & sightseeing recommendations were spot on too. We really can't thank you enough. We wanted it to be a special holiday after our wedding and it totally was. Only thing is we arrived back in England a few hours ago and we're really depressed!!

Hi Sarah,

All the bits you helped with were great! The accommodation was basic but a lot nicer than we expected for £320! We were very pleased, it was clean and there was plenty of food and wine. The weather was amazing it snowed every night and was sunny every day – unbelievable really. Everyone had such a great time were definitely planning to do another trip next year. Thank you so much for all your help with the trip, you really made what could have been a very stressful task of organising a pleasure. Hope you're well.

Just got back from Ex Banff Tiger and have to say, they all had a great time! The hotel as you know, perfect location, the transport to the slopes brilliant and efficient, the hospitality and friendliness amazing, (comments made by the guys). I am just dropping you a quick e-mail to thank you for your assistance and patience with arranging our ski break. We all had an excellent time and everything went very smoothly. The hotel was excellent – very comfy, great food and we made good use of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The resort was great, although we got the bus to Avoriaz each day to match the best slopes. The airport transfer company were friendly and prompt each way. I will definitely be in touch in the future with any future ski breaks. Thanks again.

I just wanted to thank you for your help in putting together our holiday in St Martin Chalet, St Anton, via Total Company, it was fantastic. We all thought (21 of us) that it was very good value for money and would not hesitate in bring business back to you for holiday bookings in the future. Your experience and expert advice throughout the year, regarding every aspect of a holiday booking was very helpful and honest and we send our thanks to you.

We are mostly skiers, a few experienced and several beginners, some 5 of the group were non skiers, andSt Anton was perfect for the mix of interests (even though not thought of as best for beginners, it hasn't put any of them off) we were spoilt for choice of activities and lovely walks. We would be grateful if you would also pass on our thanks to Total and want them to know that the 3 chalet staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and the cooking and presentation of food was exceptional. These 3 youngsters deserve acknowledgement for their hard work.
